We specialize in turning whitetail deer into the finest cuts of restaurant quality venison. You put a lot of work into harvesting the right deer each season, so make it count by bringing your field dressed deer to Calkins Acres.

When you drop off your deer, we immediately get to work removing the hide, glands, lymph nodes, and anything else that could contribute to a gamey flavor. The carcass is then cleaned and aged to perfection in our walk in cooler. Once aging is complete, we carefully process and package the venison to your specifications.
